Authors of Late Breaking Abstracts have already started receiving notifications regarding their acceptance status. This includes the assigned session category and presentation format (oral or poster). Detailed guidelines and requirements for both oral and poster presentations have also been provided.

Accepted abstracts must be registered no later than July 1, 2025, To be officially included in the final scientific program.

Presenting authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as grant funding, consultancy roles, advisory board memberships, or speaker bureau affiliations, along with the source of funding.

Participants from visa-free countries do not require a visa to enter Mongolia. However, most non-EU citizens from other nations will need a visa, and some may be required to provide additional documentation to complete their travel formalities.
